The steps, one by one
You buy a pack of 4 sessions By direct debit, in a single payment.
Your pack opens as soon as you have signed You get an email with your access link, and you pick your slots right away. The debit goes out on its own, over the following days.
You book your slots whenever you like Subject to available spots, one session at a time.
A booked session is owed Once a slot is taken, there is no cancellation, no rescheduling and no refund. Out of 6 spots, one no-show is a spot nobody else could take — that is the only reason for this rule, and it is the same for everyone.
